Am I going to die? My fiance blew all of our grocery money?

Ok, I have an arrangement with my fiance where I take care of rent and he takes care of food and other bills.
Well, due to his own stupidity, he got his credit card shut off last week. Then without even even consulting me he used EVERY single dime of cash we had to pay towards his credit card payment ( which isn’t even enough to get the card back on)
Well, that would be fine, but he didn’t even think to set aside money for food—we have NO groceries in the house at all. So, now we have no money and no food whatsoever, and neither of us will be getting paid until the 1st.
I am PISSED- We have a combined income of over 120K a year, I can’t believe that someone would be able to manage our money so poorly!
Anyways, what should I do? Can a person go without eating for that 9 or 10 days without getting sick?

I had plenty of money in our checking account until he used it without asking on his credit card debt— 90% of which was incurred before he met me.
Basically he stole my saved money to pay his own bills, so jeez, how is that me being irresponsible?
We also live in New York City and 120K after taxes does NOT go far here- rent alone is 3K a month, thanks.
